Board Governanace
The Employee Family Assistance Program Board of Directors exists with representation from Unions, Associations, Departments and Boards. It has full authority and responsibility over the governance, operation and evaluation of the Employee Family Assistance Program.
Membership of the BOARD of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining, directing, developing and evaluating the overall Employee and Family Assistance Program.
The Board consists of representatives from employee groups and management with one representative from each Union/Association. The City Manager, General Managers, the CEO of the Saskatoon Public Library and the Saskatoon Police Chief shall appoint management representatives for their respective areas.
